AINuma now records a searchable audit trail of security- and privacy-relevant actions across your organization—including patient access, authentication, RBAC changes, homework and billing events, and GDPR operations such as data export and erasure.
Organization admins can review the trail under Settings → Privacy, filter by patient, action type, actor, resource, and date range, and expand entries for metadata. Opening the audit list is itself logged, so access to the trail remains accountable.
These logs support Article 5(2) accountability and help you evidence processing activity when handling data subject access requests or internal compliance reviews.
