About AINuma
Psychologists should spend their time doing psychology—not managing disconnected software.
Why AINuma exists
Modern psychology practices run on fragmented tools: a calendar here, notes there, intake somewhere else, payments in another system. Context gets lost. Documentation happens after hours. AINuma was created to build the operating system for modern psychology practices—the operational layer around therapy.
AINuma connects the practice workflow:
- Patient discovery and booking when you have capacity
- Intake, agreements, and questionnaires before the session
- Appointments and telehealth in one environment
- AI-assisted documentation with clinician review and approval
- Treatment planning, follow-up, payments, and practice analytics
Who we build for
AINuma Practice is built for licensed mental health professionals and practice operators:
- Solo psychologists who manage clinical and operational work alone
- Small group practices that need shared workflows
- Growing clinics and practice managers who need utilization visibility
- Psychotherapists who want AI support without losing clinical control
- European practices that need privacy-conscious healthcare SaaS
Patients use AINuma differently: to find psychologists and take educational self-assessments. Those experiences are intentionally separate from the Practice OS product story.
What we believe about AI in mental healthcare
AI assists. Clinicians decide. AINuma uses AI to draft documentation and support operational workflows. Licensed professionals review and approve clinical content. We do not sell an AI psychologist, virtual therapist, or automated therapy service.
Technology should reduce operational burden—not replace therapeutic judgment, the alliance, or professional responsibility.
Principles we work by
Therapy first
Psychologists should focus on clinical care. AINuma handles and connects the operational work around therapy.
Clinician control
AI assists with drafts. Clinicians approve what enters the record.
Connected workflow
One patient timeline beats a stack of disconnected point tools.
Trustworthy claims
We prefer accurate privacy and product language over impressive-sounding certifications we have not earned.
The problem we solve
Practices lose time and clarity when operational work is scattered:
- Evening administration after a full clinical day
- Duplicate patient information across tools
- Documentation burden and delayed notes
- Inconsistent intake and follow-up
- Limited visibility into capacity and practice operations
How the Practice OS helps
AINuma connects operational work to the patient timeline:
- One patient. One timeline. One system.
- AI-assisted drafts that require clinician approval
- Intake, sessions, documentation, and billing linked where enabled
- Clear Trust Center documentation for security, privacy, and AI governance
Our story
AINuma started from a simple observation: psychologists were spending too much time managing software and too little time on therapy.
We build practice infrastructure—session capture, clinician-reviewed documentation, client journey tools, and operations—designed specifically for psychology practices.
We are building a serious European healthcare SaaS product: clear positioning, defensible privacy language, and clinician control at every clinical step.
